Eola General is Just What Orlando Needed
Eola General in Orlando’s Lake Eola Heights Neighborhood is everything you might want in a cafe. This cute neighborhood kitchen also acts as a one stop picnic shop, offers guests beer and wine, cheeses (hello cheese boards), meats, and a delicious menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options.
Eola General is the essence of “local only” - locally owned and locally sourced through and through. They offer artisan cheeses (in house ), pastries from Buttermilk Bakery, coffee from Wavelength Coffee, vegan menu options by Dixie Dharma and organic wines by Curate Art + Wine.
The owners are no exception to being locals. Eola General is owned by Sean Kelley (of Henry’s Depot) & Shaun Noonan (of Dixie Dharma). Both of them helped to save and revitalize the general store from the previous establishment Handy Pantry.
With all this being said, everything you purchase here goes back to local business owners and businesses that have made Orlando what it is today, a booming exciting local food destination.
