Fleming’s Steakhouse Winter Park Orlando Offers Rotating Chef’s Table Menu
Every month, there is a new reason to visit Fleming’s Steakhouse in Winter Park, Orlando. Chef Austin and their location is offering a rotating Chef’s Table food menu inspired by the local chef himself and his team. The Chefs Table Menu is an off menu opportunity for the team to showcase their culinary expertise while pleasing guests with a menu filled with innovative local offerings and regional tastes- found only in the Winter Park restaurant.
Each experience includes two cocktails, a starter to share, two entrees and a dessert to share from the Chef’s Table.
All of the Chefs Table Menu offerings will be added to this blog post every month to share the previews to their rotating menu for Fleming’s Steakhouse Winter Park Location now until the end of the year 2019.

Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp
4 jumbo shrimp, lump crab, Parmesan, gruyere, roasted red pepper, and lemon butter sauce
Chive, sour cream, bacon, roasted potatoes
Kale & Apple
Kale, citrus vinaigrette , julienne apples, pickled red onion, candied walnuts, goat cheese
Porterhouse topped with whipped garlic butter served with Parmesan asparagus
Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, bell pepper, miso-dashi broth
Baked & Roasted Corn
Roasted corn, jalapeño , cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, chipotle breadcrumb
Peas & Mushroom
Fresh snow and sugar snap peas with beech mushroom, finished with miso glaze
